We are so proud to be recognized nationally for this beautiful Aquatic Oasis! This specialty room was Otero Signature Homes first entry for a Best in American Living Award at the International Builder's Show.  We were so pleased to bring home a silver award for the Nations Best Interior Designed Specialty Room. The beautiful home in Hinckley, Ohio featured an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, indoor grill/bar and ample seating for guests. The beautiful groin tiled ceiling leads the way to the expansive pool and lounge open space. The covered grill area features a bar where guest can enjoy a meal, have a drink and mingle with friends. The Nano doors offer an opportunity to expand the grand space even further to the lounge, outdoors and gym.
