Born and raised in Cleveland, Kim currently resides in Independence, Ohio. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Cleveland State University. Passionate about all things Cleveland—from the Metroparks to the city’s vibrant dining scene and sports culture—she brings energy and enthusiasm to both her personal and professional life.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her two children, family, and friends. Whether traveling, cooking, or seeking out her next adventure, she’s always exploring new experiences and creating lasting memories.
