Jaclyn Drum grew up in a suburb of Cleveland, and earned her Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture from Ohio University. With over 20 years of experience in the design industry, her career includes architectural sales, model home design, high-end residential and commercial interiors, and luxury furniture and lighting. She brings a well-rounded perspective to Otero Living, combining thoughtful design, strong project management, and a passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces tailored to each client's lifestyle. Jaclyn's design style blends clean, modern aesthetics with classic, traditional details to create spaces that feel timeless and welcoming.

Jaclyn resides in Chagrin Falls with her husband, their two children, and their dog. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on her kids at their sporting events, taking walks through the Village, and spending time with family and friends. She is passionate about helping clients create homes they truly love and enjoy for years to come.
