Eric Channell

Accountant/Controller

Eric grew up in Southeastern Ohio before graduating with a business degree from The Ohio State University. After receiving an MBA in Accounting in 2006, he relocated to Northeastern Ohio and spent 16 years with residential real estate brokerages. Additionally, Eric is a licensed Realtor, with extensive experience in accounting, operations, sales, and management. Eric’s background and knowledge prove essential for his role heading the accounting department at Otero Signature Homes.

Eric and his wife, Callie, currently live in Sagamore Hills with their 2 sons, Crosby and Silas. When he is not at work or out on the golf course, Eric can be found coaching soccer.
