Otero Signature Homes is a growing high-end custom home builder focused exclusively on residential renovations and new homes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an awesome company and supportive team! We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager with 3-5 years of previous home-building experience. You will work closely with subcontractors, customers, and designers to direct all aspects of high-end custom residential projects and renovations from start to finish.

Pay: $75,000 negotiable based on experience 

Typical day in the life as a Project Manager:

• Developing and defining the scope of work for field management and subcontractors
• Project budgeting and purchase orders
• Material takeoff and procurement
• Schedule development & management
• Permitting, codes, and regulatory requirements
• Jobsite communication and safety
• Customer relationships and quality
• Use of Word, Excel, and Buildertrend

What are we looking for?

• 3-5 years of Project Manager experience 
• Experience in Word, Excel, and Buildertrend
