Typical day in the life as an Office Manager:

Office & Administrative Management

• Manage front desk operations and greet clients and guests
• Answer phones, emails, receive packages and coordinate office communications
• Support leadership with calendars, meetings, presentations, and travel planning
• Assist with company events, meetings, and team celebrations
• Maintain office supplies, equipment, and filing systems. Organization of front office and common spaces
• Assist with Buildertrend and CRM data management
• Support client meetings, onboarding, contract signing, project files, and closing packages
• Coordinate client surveys with Guild Quality

Qualifications:

• Experience in office management, executive support, or administrative leadership
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Buildertrend, CRM systems is a plus
• Construction, architecture, interior design, or luxury service experience preferred
• Professional presence with the ability to handle confidential information
