Intern - Construction Management

Are you a motivated, collaborative student eager to gain real-world experience in luxury residential construction? Otero Living - Cleveland's Premier Home Experts (our subsidiaries include Otero Signature Homes, Ovation Interior Design, and Otero Group) - is seeking an intern to support our construction team across active custom home and remodeling projects. This internship provides hands-on exposure from early concept and finish selections through construction coordination and execution. 

Perks of working as a Construction Management Intern:

Pay: $15 - $20/hour, 40 hours a week 

Typical day in the life as a Construction Management Intern:

Assist with:

• Developing and defining the scope of work for field management and subcontractors
• Project budgeting and purchase orders
• Material takeoff and procurement
• Schedule development & management
• Permitting, codes, and regulatory requirements
• Jobsite communication and safety
• Customer relationships and quality
• Use of Word, Excel, and Buildertrend
