Typical day in the life as a Real Estate Consultant: 

• Continually use your sphere of influence to generate listings
• Create a high-end luxury listing presentation
• Hold a substantial listing inventory, including existing homes of Otero Signature Homes clients
• Create budgets and financials in coordination with Controller/CPA
• Identify residential and commercial properties for various ventures
• Perform Competitive Market Analysis on land or listing
• Attend real estate sales meetings at brokerage
• Host events at current construction sites/completed projects for Realtors in conjunction with Sales & Marketing Manager
• Maintain CRM
• Hold open houses

What are we looking for?

• Real Estate License preferred 
• Familiarity with industry real estate resources (MLSNow, LoopNet, DotLoop, local county auditors' sites, etc.)

Typical day in the life as an Interior Designer: 

• Developing master plans for the coordination of a variety of high-end residential projects

• Coordinates with the field project managers to verify proper implementation of the design elements

Typical day in the life as a Residential Estimator/Purchasing Manager:

• Calculate quantities and costs of construction items for estimating of new home and renovation projects.
• Development and research of new trade partners and vendors
• Research material, labor, and equipment pricing for cost estimating.
• Enter, calculate and research data into computer utilizing specific cost estimating software programs.
• Assist in the scope of work of multiple trades to ensure nothing is missed for the project team.
• Assist field team in estimating substantial change orders

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience estimating commercial and or residential construction projects.
• Familiar with current residential pricing/costs and cost coding 
• Must be experienced in quantity take-offs.
• Must have the ability to lead a project estimate.
• Must have the ability to read drawings and interpret specifications.
• Computer skills required – Microsoft Project, MC2, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), Bluebeam or equal, Chief Architect, Buildertrend, etc.
•  Knowledge of the Cleveland market is required.
