Delaney Nolan

Interior Designer

Originally from Birmingham, AL, Delaney Nolan grew up in the Cleveland suburb area and attended the University of Alabama where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design with a minor in Art History in the spring of 2023. After a commercial design internship Delaney found her true calling as a residential Interior Designer where she can assist clients in making their dream home become a reality. Delaney’s detail-oriented nature, passion for helping others, and creativity is a notable addition to the design team here at Otero.

Outside of the office Delaney enjoys all things art and fashion related, spending quality time with family and friends, and taking her two border collies Stella and Willow for hikes in the Cleveland Metro Park area
