Kapela designs, an award-winning firm. Otero Signature Homes works with you through each step of the design process to ensure you are getting a well-though out and cost effective design.
In addition, as a free benefit to our clients, we work with Reflections Interior Design team to assist our clients during the finish selection process. This talented Cleveland Heights based interior design team assists in selecting everything from paint, flooring, and lighting, to providing personalized sketches of custom millwork and cabinetry for our clients. Each clients receives the attention they deserve and a well though out and coordinated home that is truly a reflection of their personal style.
