We offer residential design services through J. Kaplea with Form_A Architects, an award-winning firm. Otero Signature Homes and Form_A Architects will work with you through each step of the design process to ensure you are getting a well-thought out and cost effective design.

 Otero Interior Design Division

Our design services are available to those looking to enhance their home with distinctive designs and receive extraordinary service. We provide a full spectrum of residential interior design. From space planning to accessorizing, our designers are here to assist in selecting everything from paint, flooring, and lighting, to providing personalized sketches of custom millwork and cabinetry for our clients.  Each client receives the attention they deserve and an end product that is truly a reflection of their personal style. 

Meet the Otero Interior Design team!

	Kelly Otero Kelly Otero earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Case Western Reserve University. Her creative talents and extensive knowledge of residential interior design resources in the Cleveland region give her the edge needed to create individually tailored homes that show the unique voice of their inhabitants.
	Kaleigh Cody Kaleigh graduated with her Associates of Applied Business and Interior Design degree from Cuyahoga Community College in early 2011. She has a strong passion for interior design as she is involved with numerous accredited Interior Design associations including; board member of the American Society for Interior Designers and a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association.
